Jillian Delos Reyes

Project Coordinator

As Project Manager at Converge, Jillian manages the research, development, and campaign development for several projects. Her clients include the New Orleans Campaign for Grade Level Reading, the City of New Orleans Office of Workforce Development, Jericho Road and Project Homecoming, the New Orleans Advocacy Center, and the Greater New Orleans Funders Network’s Criminal Justice and Youth and Education Action Tables.

A native of Arlington, Virginia, Jillian moved to New Orleans in 2015 to serve as the Program Coordinator at Tulane University’s Drop-In Center for homeless and transient adolescents. Previously, Jillian served as the Senior Development Associate for TechnoServe, an international NGO that works with enterprising men and women in the developing world to build competitive farms, businesses, and industries. She was also the Development Associate for Samaritan Inns, an intensive recovery and transitional housing program for homeless men and women. In this role, Jillian authored a grant awarded by Bank of America’s Community Building Initiative to fund an innovative residential recovery program for addicted women with dependent children in Washington, D.C.

Jillian received a B.A. in Political Science and Writing from Loyola University Maryland. She is a classically trained vocalist whose favorite composers include Faure and Mozart. Jillian sings in an acapella group in New Orleans and loves exploring the city on her bicycle.
