We produce world class events that build community and advance our partners’ agendas.

GNOFN Quarterly Convenings
Converge coordinates the Greater New Orleans Funders Network quarterly convenings, which engage more than 100 local and national funders and social justice focused non-profit organizations in learning and coordinating strategies to advance equity and justice in New Orleans.

Freedom Dreams Exhibition
Converge commissioned New Orleans photographer Gus Bennett to create portraits of members of the New Orleans Workers’ Center for Racial Justice to highlight the role of immigrant and Black workers in building and rebuilding the city of New Orleans. Freedom Dreams was installed at the Ashe Powerhouse and then again at the Ace Hotel. The exhibition was also featured in Season 2 of the HBO Series, Queen Sugar.

Surdna Board Foundation meeting
Converge designed and produced a three-day meeting of the Surdna Foundation’s Board of Directors that highlighted the impacts and continuing opportunities for the foundation’s work in New Orleans.
