We deliver high-quality training on a range of topics related to our areas of expertise including racial equity, facilitation and meeting design, youth development, organizational development, strategic philanthropy, stakeholder engagement, planning and fundraising.

PBIS Coaching
Converge worked with the New Orleans Health Department over a three-year period to provide coaching, training and assessments to support three high schools in creating more supportive school climates through the implementation of best practices in Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and restorative approaches.


New Orleans Youth Program Quality Initiative
Since 2015, Converge has facilitated or delivered 6,657 person hours of training to 271 youth workers who work with more than 5,000 New Orleans children per week through the New Orleans Youth Program Quality Initiative. These trainings focus on best practices in youth development, instructional practices, quality assessment and instructional coaching.


AVODAH
For the past four years, Converge has delivered training for each incoming class of AVODAH Jewish social justice fellows to help them understand racism and systemic oppression and identify the ways they can either contribute to reinforcing a system of white supremacy or its undoing.
