Converge College’s 12-week Racial and Intersectional Equity (R.I.S.E.©) course is delivered asynchronously using digital courseware for content delivery, promoting learning, peer support, and leadership experience for nonprofit leaders enabling them to assess, plan, and implement R.I.S.E.© inside their organizations.
The purpose of this R.I.S.E.© training is to equip nonprofit leaders and racial equity consultants to master and excel in providing organizational assessments and the creation of customized R.I.S.E.© organizational commitments and measurable action plans.
This 12-week course is accompanied by a customized organizational equity playbook and dashboard. Participants will receive support from a Converge College certified R.I.S.E.© coach for accountability. There will be an organic, interactive and supportive online community during the course.
