Hilary serves as a Senior Consultant for Converge, focusing on event curation, racial equity & intersectionality, curriculum development, and strategic planning.
Currently, Hilary organizes and executes the Greater New Orleans Funders Network Quarterly Convenings and provides administrative support to the network overall. Hilary also provides support for TRUE Northwest Arkansas, a three-year Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative for community organizations in Northwest Arkansas, and leads the operational planning process for Robert Hett Chapman III Center for Philanthropy in South Carolina.
Previously, Hilary interned for the Coalition for the Protection of Children and was responsible for the day-to-day organization of clients, financial obligations for the Coalition, and represented the Coalition at multiple tables. Born and raised in Bermuda, Hilary also spent eighteen months enhancing the performance and viability of her family’s restaurant company, Bermuda Restaurants Company.
Hilary received a B.S. in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from Tulane University, and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Edinburgh. She’s a yogi, passport stamp collector, and soca warrior.
