Laurie Myrtil serves as a Project Coordinator at Converge. Laurie brings project coordination experience from both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Laurie has a background in design and implementation of end-to-end program assessment & evaluation. Her involvement in leading implementation activities has increased impact, efficiency, and funding. Laurie has developed key deliverables and successfully coordinated projects of all sizes with contract values upwards of one million dollars.

At Converge, Laurie supports the delivery of professional services and administrative support centered around Racial & Intersectional Equity (R.I.S.E.), Strategic Planning, Board Development, Convening Development, Custom Initiatives, Coalition Management, and Landscape Scan Research. Laurie is a graduate of the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and also earned a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida. In her free time, Laurie loves to explore new culinary experiences, long walks on the beach, and watching reality TV.
