Since 2020, Blue Meridian Partners has initiated a series of internal discussions on racial equity, diversity and inclusion. There is also an emerging need to include the topic of power into this internal reflection. Although the organization’s Place Matters Portfolio has begun early discussions on power and racial equity, they hope to move deeper into this conversation so that Blue Meridian Partners share alignment, integration, and collective definitions for how power and racial equity show up across their portfolios.

In 2022, Converge partnered with Blue Meridian Partners and the Place Matters team to design and facilitate an arc of strategic conversations about power and racial equity. We facilitated a half-day convening at Blue Meridian Partners’ New York headquarters office and invited guest speakers who are subject matter experts on these topics.
