Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights
Converge facilitated a strategic planning process with the board, staff and stakeholders of Louisiana’s leading juvenile public defender and juvenile justice advocacy organization. The results of the process produced a three-year strategic plan for implementation of the merger and rebranding of the Juvenile Justice Project of Louisiana and the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights. Trauma-Informed Schools Collaborative
Converge facilitated a long-term planning process with the Trauma-Informed Schools Collaborative, a partnership between schools and mental health providers focused on creating more inclusive and restorative school cultures. The three-year plan outlined a path for the Collaborative to scale its impact and address constraints preventing its growth.
